General Terms and Conditions

Hotel Marktstad applies the general terms and conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN). The Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca (UVH) are the conditions under which hospitality businesses established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and related companies (including catering companies, party service companies, etc.), provide hospitality services and enter into hospitality agreements. The UVH have been filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.
